As a Design Executive at Storeyboard Design, you will play a key role in creating exceptional high-end luxury designs for residential projects. You'll be responsible for the entire design process, including 3D modelling, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), drawings, and performing coordination with site engineers.
- Design Excellence: Develop high-end luxury residential designs, including 3D models, BOQs, and drawings.
- Coordination: Collaborate closely with site engineers and other team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Software Proficiency: Utilize AutoCAD, SketchUp, Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop (a plus) for design and presentation purposes.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Photoshop is a plus.
