We are seeking an experienced Business Development Head to lead our efforts in securing high-end luxury residential projects. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth, expanding our client base, and establishing strong relationships within the luxury real estate industry in India.
- Business Growth: Develop and execute strategies to identify and secure high-end luxury residential projects.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, real estate developers, and industry stakeholders.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Proposal Development: Prepare compelling project proposals and presentations tailored to the needs and expectations of prospective clients.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our design and execution teams to ensure seamless project transitions.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, preferably in the luxury residential sector.
- Proven track record of successfully securing and managing high-value residential projects.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Strong market knowledge and a robust professional network within the luxury real estate industry.
